Refund Policy


All game top-ups and digital products that have been successfully delivered or credited are final and non-refundable.

Please ensure that all information provided, including player ID, server, username, or login credentials, is correct before placing an order. FMShop is not responsible for errors made by the customer.

No Refund Conditions

Refunds will NOT be provided under the following circumstances:

  • The game top-up has been successfully credited
  • Incorrect player ID, server, or account details were entered by the customer
  • Bonus top-ups are not credited (bonus is managed by the game publisher, not FMShop)
  • Gift Cards, CD Keys, Game Points, Prepaid Cards, or other digital goods are:
    • Stolen
    • Misplaced
    • Misused
    • Redeemed without authorization

For clarity, FMShop is not obligated to verify whether a Gift Card or digital item was properly obtained or redeemed.

All purchases of CD Keys, Gift Cards, Game Points, and Prepaid Cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only if one of the following conditions is met:

  • An unauthorized charge occurred on your credit/debit card, e-wallet, or other payment method and the order has not been delivered
  • FMShop is unable to process or deliver your order due to:
    • Lack of stock
    • Product unavailability
    • Technical delivery failure

Refund Process

To request a refund, you must contact FMShop through the available customer support or contact method listed on the website.

You must provide:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Transaction receipt
  • Order details

Without valid proof of purchase, refunds will not be processed.

Refund Timeframe

If your refund request is approved, please note:

  • Refund processing may take up to 6 months, depending on the payment provider’s policies and processing time
  • Refunds will be returned via the original payment method, when possible

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your payment account again
  2. Contact your payment provider or card issuer
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary

If you have completed all steps and still have not received your refund, please contact FMShop.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not available for digital products.

Items may only be replaced if:

  • The product is defective
  • The item was not delivered due to a system error

Replacement will only be made for the same product, subject to availability.
